What is SIP Trunking

SIP Trunking allows business to virtually connect to the Public Switched Telephone Network and routes all VOIP calls and unified voice data over internet. Why Choose Us

How do you beat competition if your communication system is not ready to meet the increasing number of customers?

Cost Reduction

Traditional phone calls need wiring, hardware, and circuit boxes to maintain a PSTN connection. SIP trunk, on the other hand, is virtually installed on your existing internet connection which completely eliminates the need to connect to traditional phone lines. This single quality of SIP saves you a lot from physical installation costs.

Flexibility

Traditional phone line systems do feel like a real headache when it comes to add, modify or delete phone lines. It requires the phone service company to go through an entire procedure of making changes to the existing system (hardware purchase, installation and maintenance cost) and charge you for the same.

Reliability and Security

How secure is your traditional phone system in the case of emergencies? And how would stay connected with your customers and remote team if something goes wrong with phone lines?

Being connected through wired phone line systems are as good as the conditions allow. The moment something goes wrong (maybe a fire), all your connections are lost.

Minimized Maintenance

Where there is no requirement for physical connection like wiring or circuit boxes, your maintenance time and charges are reduced to a great extent. There’s no need to look after analog or IP infrastructure as a ritual of keeping your phone system alive and increase the bills in the name of maintenance.

How does it work?

You simply dial the number, it passes through PBX, crosses PRI or copper lines and finally reaches the phone you are calling. The process is the same when a customer calls you or you call a customer. PRI lines hold the capacity of a maximum of 23 calls at a time. Not more than that. SIP trunking, instead of copper line, carries your calls through an internet connection which gives it an infinite capacity to make multiple calls with multiple channels.

Important terms to understand:
PBX stands for Private Branch Exchange (popularly known as traditional phone system).

ISDN (Integrated Services Digital Network) connects one call to another via copper lines. In USA, its has a capacity of 23 lines (PRI) and in Europe it has a capacity of 30 lines ( E1 lines)
